Ingredients required for Katori Chaat

Method of making Katori Chaat

Mix refined flour and flour and knead and keep it for half an hour.

  • Take 1/4 cup boiled small potatoes.
  • Take 2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger.
  • Take 1/4 cup boiled onions.
  • Two teaspoons finely chopped garlic.
  • 1/4 cup boiled long chopped carrots.
  • One finely chopped onion.
  • Two finely chopped tomatoes.
  • 1/4 cup large chopped pieces of apple.
  • Four green chillies finely chopped.
  • One teaspoon ginger and garlic paste and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Two teaspoons red chilli paste.
  • Two teaspoon mustard oil.
  • Two teaspoons tomato sauce.
  • Four teaspoons chaat masala.
  • Juice of one lemon.
  • 1/4 cup baby corn.


Method of making Tawa Chaat

Heat mustard oil on a non-stick pan and add finely chopped ginger and garlic and onion and green chillies and stir with a wooden spoon.
After 2 minutes add chopped tomatoes and red chilli paste.
After stirring well, add big pieces of potatoes, onions, carrots, mushrooms, baby corn and apple.
Keep stirring with a spoon and finally add tomato sauce, chaat masala, lemon juice and coriander leaves and eat.
