Method of making Upma

To make Upma, first of all boil water in a pot.

Put raisins in the hot water.

Put oil in a pan on the second gas and let it heat up.

Fry cashews and keep them aside.

Put mustard seeds in the same oil and crackle urad dal and whole red chillies and finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves, add semolina and fry on low flame.

When semolina turns light brown, add boiling water to it.
