Pomegranate Cheese Recipe Essential Ingredients
225 grams oat biscuits for filling
75 grams melted unsalted butter.
Take three tablespoons of orange juice.
200 ml coconut cream.
One tablespoon gelatin powder.
75 grams sifted ice cream sugar.
Ingredients required for topping
Take two pomegranates without seeds.
Take two tablespoons of custom sugar.
One grated orange peel and juice
One tablespoon arrowroot paste
Some edible red coloured berries

Method
Grease 3 tins of 123 cm 9 inch cake.
Mix the biscuits in a blender and make them crumbly and add melted butter and stir a little so that it mixes well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin and press well and let it cool.
For the filling, pour orange juice into a heat proof brown and sprinkle gelatin on top and keep aside for 5 minutes so that it becomes like a sponge. Place the brown in a pan of hot water and stir till the gelatin dissolves. Mix cheese and icing sugar in a brown and beat it slowly. Add coconut cream gradually and beat.
Pour a biscuit on the base and cool till it sets. For the topping, put pomegranate seeds in a saucepan.
Add grated orange peel, juice and crushed sugar to it. Let it boil well and then reduce the heat and cook on low flame for 5 minutes and add arrowroot paste and let it thicken while stirring continuously.
Add food colour and then let it cool down and keep stirring in between and pour the prepared topping on the set cheese cake and let it cool down and serve the delicious and nutritious pomegranate cheese cake to everyone.
